How can we get more BAME people playing golf?

After going though my twitter feed, I came across an interview on SKY Sports Golf, where Inci Mehmet was talking about her experiences of not having many BAME golfers to look up too. It got me thinking......why is this?

What I did think was I was quite lucky, I am a Bedfordshire County Player, and there are a number of the team that are of an ethnic minority. However when I do play outside the county, and I look around.....there's not many other golfers just like me......black!! why is that.....
